| How much is my shipping? |

Shipping costs can be provided by the product supplier. Rates will differ based on your location and the class of freight you require. CloseoutPromos.com does not charge any shipping fees. |

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password. |
| What is your return policy? |

Each supplier has their own return policy. As a general rule, once you have approved a paper proof or a product proof, decorated products cannot be returned unless they are shipped incorrectly or decorated differently from the approval. |
| When will my order ship? |
